The organizations only exist or will only exist if they can create something more than sum of the costs, of the individuals working for them. So there is… you know sometimes I just trade my capital, sometimes it is in terms of business processes. Sometimes it’s in terms of the culture of the alignment to bring people together to be able to work effectively together. And this is… you know, there is again no way to be able to pin this down and to find that in a replicable fashion.
However organizations are increasingly firstly facilitating the individuals, but mostly being able to create some kind of a structure, […] by the individuals, where they collectively create value. And that really defines, I think, the successful organizations of the future, is those that can create these structures where individuals can work together to be able to create a superior value.
